Goodnight friends! A steady and bright 11°c, clouds sharply silver-edged in slowly drifting pale grey formations across a soft blue sky. Ivy berries swelling darkly among gleaming leaves, white sparks of bittercress and chickweed among the moss.
A lot of recovery needed today, despite taking judo easily I wasn’t quite in the right shape to absorb that much physical stress. Most of the day in bed, struggling to get or stay upright. Feeling a little better by evening, and able to help a little with dinner prep when my girlfriend came over.
May we grant ourselves time and space to accept and process our emotions today!
