Goodnight friends! Cool and sharp, clarifying blue. Sky mostly cleared by a hissing, tugging wind that dropped the temperature to a mild but prickly 14°c or so and unravelled the remaining clouds into fluttering white threads and streaky, dissolving vertebral shapes. Pink-edged sycamore keys begin to take on their full wing-like shape. Fragile-seeiming tissue paper blackberry flowers erupt from the luxurious froth of leaves.
Just about staying on the slow slow curve I imagined for myself, a boring but necessary period of frequent stasis and relaxation. Pain and general poisoned sense of ill-being somewhat stabilised at least, the first step to let the swollen high-alert sensation dissipate.
May we find a sense of steadiness and calm persistence today!
