Goodnight friends! Warmer again and more humid feeling, more-or-less grey through late afternoon, clearing sliver by sliver for a briefly pretty, sunny evening dissolving into pastel lilac shades. A family of foxes tumbled in and out of the hedges just as dusk was turning to muddy violet, five lithe, tattered shapes jostling and dancing with their blue lamppost shadows.
Recovering today, as usual. A brief swell of energy as the clouds began to part, which I used to do a little cooking but otherwise my stamina was pretty shallow. Glad to be able to share the meal I made with my girlfriend, and have some leftovers for the week too.
May we find time amd space to notice, accept and address our difficult thoughts and feelings today!
