Goodnight friends! Another warm, luminous day of sweet gentle breezes and spots of sunlight fluttering like flights of butterflies beneath gently sighing trees. Towards evening the wind, scented with the ripe thickness of vegetation and sharp bittersweet barbecue smoke, died down and a hint of muggy closeness made itself felt.

Unfortunately my sleep schedule is still reeling in the wake of my last relapse, and it’s reaching that stage of causing trouble throughout the day on its own account – weakness and a foggy dysthemia, spells of vertigo and nausea. For now it looks like a few days without rain or overcast skies, which might help, and more importantly I want to get my habits and routine back in a better shape, I still feel like I’m in a slow tailspin of disorder and low motivation.

May we find a deep and active sense of compassion for ourselves and each other today, urging us on to grow and change!
