Goodnight friends! After a bitterly cold night dazzling white expanses of sunlit snow lie thin across the park lawns. The ground hard and springy beneath the delicate, glittering powdery layer, but the first tentative touches of warmth from the sun in a while. A fine haze rising in the air as it begins to melt the frost away.
Slow progress made a bit less steady by the deep chill, hard to move for long periods. Managed to do some writing at least, hopefully the start of a little momentum.
