Goodnight friends! Changing blustery skies, colder and sometimes clearer. Flitting clouds, some heavy, some dissolving wisps. Patchy rain, but of that very thin, ethereal pins-&-needles kind that seems more to form from the air than fall. Sky cleared further after dark and the temperature tumbled, frost silvering over car windows beneath the steady ghost-glow of the waxing moon.
Recovery seems like it will be heavy going again this week, barely got out of bed before mid-afternoon, deeply weary and joints crunching and creaking. Not much cooking energy so went over to my girlfriend’s place for dinner this time. Played with her dog for a while, loving to feel a dog warming up to you.
May we find rest and healing today!
