Good evening friends! Exciting morning glimpses of a warm golden glow sliding down tree trunks and fresh clear skies – quickly dampened by clouds thickening fast from gauzy haze to a soupy grey-blue murk after lunch. Several desultory showers driven by whooping gusts spattered against the windows through the afternoon. Even so it’s been hovering around 10°c most of the day, not the desolate leaden rain of Jaunary.

Continuing a little flat and physically run down. Treading water more or less, but optimistic that day by day I’m recovering a little strength, even with the twinges and aches of wet weather.

May we freely offer and recieve small kindnesses today!
