Goodnight friends! A curious, slightly timeless day. Still relatively warm, though a little less balmy at 11°c or so, blue skies dappled by soft-edged clouds slowly rolled across the sky by a mild breeze. Mainly just the more stubborn sycamore-maples and the last ponderous oaks left with their leaves, tattered and yellow. If not for that, the low sleepy sun and the rich sour mouldering scent on the air it could be early summer.
A fairly mild recovery day, some stiffness and muscle pangs intensifying over the day, as well as a mild, deflating crash. Not getting much done, but not losing most of the day to foggy pain either. Generally seems that going light at judo, while a bit unsatisfying, was good for health and recuperation at this time of year.
May we recognise and accept our emotions without rejecting or clinging on to them today!
