Goodnight friends! A heavily humid and sweaty day, unrelieved by hours of rain pot-and-pan clattering louder and louder through early afternoon. Swelling greem elderberries each with a little hanging droplet beard. Squirrels urgently hopping from branch to branch as I approached, giving me a rolling welcome of little delayed rainfalls from gleaming leaves.
Mildly tired and stiff – no surprises! – as fitful weather continues. After the last disappointment I’m nervously postive again now about the lastest possible place to move to, things seem to be coming along smoothly.
