Goodnight friends! Blustery and pale grey, damp-feeling without rain. A few dry pink fallen leaves skittering across lawns, a real foretaste of autumn. Golden firework crowns of ragwort and trefoils among the grass still, along with tiny pink herb-roberts, but in general flowers are fading away.
Mostly resting and recovery today. Muscles lax and sore joints aching and seizing up from time to time, some vertigo and fatigue nausea – nothing significant but a bunch of sources of inertia dragging at me, not feeling like a good idea to try to force a higher pace.
May we find moments of stillness and peaceful reflection in our lives today!
