Good afternoon friends! Another swiftly smothered bright start, hard wet mineral-tinged wind plucking petals from blackthorns and late cherries. Bunches of yellow-green maple and sycamore flowers littering the path, undergrowth lush and shivering.

Managed to sleep fairly well again after ran slackened a little overnight, and body feeling better for yesterday’s inactivity. Having peeked at the forecast I was better motivated to get up and out early in the day before things turned to buffeting and showers, next up lunch, then it feels like more rest will be needed before my girlfriend comes over for a little evening date.

May we find time and space for joyfulness and play in our lives today!
