Goodnight friends! Mostly a fairly standard post-exercise recovery day, some small sore spots of overstretched muscles, a bicep, a little twanging in the mid-back. Thrown off a little by another drug trial induction call, this time setting up a pulse-monitoring ring I’ll be wearing for the next few months.
Back to dreary, desaturated grey, all the coppers and scarlets smothered under a damp blanket of low and colourless cloud. Warmer at times, but though there wasn’t much rain or wind the pervading clamminess and murk kept everything feeling chill and unwelcoming.
May we find renewed passion to pursue our goals and ambitions today!
