Goodnight friends! A dank, misty-grey start, inky swirls of grey into grey. Fortunately the pattern of milder, more open afternoons repeated and the trees were kindred again by amber streaks of afternoon sunlight. Brown and yellow mushrooms profuse among the leaves, and hard to tell between them, both becoming ragged-edged.
Rough throat somewhat less tender I think, and malaise slightly lessened by better sleep. Still, a groggy and fatigued start that eased off by degrees with cautiously paced activity. A lovely evening date with my girlfriend, staying in on the sofa and trying to teach her dog some tricks.
