Goodnight friends! Flat and dreary skies, pale, diffuse hourless light altered only by periods of soft and silent drizzle. Dropped by a few degrees down to a damp and chilly °6c, coalescing into a fine dream-like mistiness after dark fell, sulphurous matchstick aureoles around each lamppost.
A lot of bedrest today, maybe not quite dialled in on a happy medium for exercise, maybe just luck of the draw. Not much stamina to go for a walk, by the time I felt properly fit to stand it was pretty dank and gloomy. Instead I used that energy for helping prep dinner with my girlfriend and we had a slow, relaxed evening in.
