Goodnight friends! A more rough, bristly rain-smelling breeze, but still warm in a way that didn’t quite feel right somehow. Another day of flitting clouds and brief patches of near-silent drizzle, not enough to really form puddles or darken the pavement, or do much at all save leaving stippled diagonal stripes down windows. Splashes of yellow in the grass, fallen linden leaves and the fresh exclamations of autumn hawkbits.

The next step today in possibly being in the medical trial, a phlebotomist came over with a portable centrifuge and drew some blood to send off. Otherwise a fairly slow, careful and uneventful day, keeping up with my stretches, did okay at judo I think while taking a bit more time out as my energy ebbs with the damp and shifting weather.

May we listen to each other with attention compassion and care today!
