Goodnight friends! Fairly strict recovery day, bleary and half concussed with fatigue until mid-afternoon, muscles cramping and twinging with the unwinding of returning to my regular bed and habits on top of the deep aches in my joints. A chill bright start with harsh white slivers of morning light sliding in between my blinds, aloaly clouding over into a slighty stuffy, dull 18°c later on.
