Goodnight friends! Warm and bright again, a dizzyingly bare blue sky, flawlessly flat and dazzling, a gentle gradient from powdery eggshell to a deep azure shading into violet high above. The ascemic scrimshaws of silvery snail trails glittered on mossy stone walls. Trees all dusted with afternoon gold. Darkness creeping in ever earlier, dusk fading to velvet blackness before 8PM.
Stamina much improved over the last few days, and I managed to do quite a bit at judo, but autumn is already making itself deeply felt. Especially as temperatures precipitous fall in the night my joints begin to smoulder unexpectedly with a fevery pain.
May we find and maintain our own pace today, without feeling pressured to rush or compromise our health or happiness!
