Goodnight friends! Eyes aching with exhaustion, body weighted down and lethargic. Passages of drifting leaden paralysis. A mild sore throat persists too, unsure at this point if this is still some mild cold, a fatigue relape or a vaccine reaction. I may have dragged myself out to judo and spent a lot of the session at the side of the mats if I wasn’t concerned over being possibly infectious. I managed to squeeze in a few bits of gentle, careful activity, got to chat – or at least say my hellos – with a few folks online, and that kept my mood higher than it might have been.

A gorgeous day, even a slight touch of warmth on my face. Undeniably autumn now though. Colours too brilliant in the trees, a faint toothy undercurrent of a damp breeze beneath the mildness. Parades of pale-fleshed mushrooms and an earthy mouldering scent.

May we find rest and healing today!
