Goodnight friends! Real hard-biting cold, shivering around 0°c all day. Beautiful broad feathery snowflakes falling through the morning, gradually breaking up into a fine nearly silent pelting mixed with a little rain. Every footfall made a dense stuttering grinding sound as the heel sunk down, contacting the snow. The brittle, faintly glittering crust lasted through the day though, and redoubled its sparkling after dark under amber electric light.
Definitely very slow and very cold. Got outside early to look around, and after that hard to persuade myself to stretch and get mobile again. A mix of sluggish and active at judo, a little sparring on the ground at a steadyish pace, but only picking up on ideas and movements very slowly.
