Goodnight friends! A dank, wet cold morning, sporadic stutter of plump raindrops on the roof and flat, unwelcoming pewter halflight. By slow degrees the rattling quietened, narrow channels of pale blue appeared and widened, and at last rainslick rosehips and leaves gleamed and regained their hues, dyed faintly amber by the drowsiness of the autumn sun.
Physically a fairly heavy rest day, recovering from exercise, but energised creatively and spent a few sporadic hours getting some ideas down, the most drawing I’ve done in quite a while. Hoping my skin is behaivng well tomorrow.
May we find ways to see the familiar as new and wonderful again oday!
