Goodnight friends! Not much warmer by the thermometer, and still breezy too, but dramatically clear skies and the pressure of direct sunlight my skin make a huge difference to how the days feels. Tufts of bulbous buttercup flicker and glow like torches at the edges of blotchy patches of shadow cast by rippling linden canopies. Silvery needle seedheads of barren brome splitting open, drooping laburnum boughs ablaze.
Energy level middling but decently consistent, and pain feeling fairly well under control. Getting mobile, stretching, a safe-feeling slow ramp up to judo in the evening, which likewise generally felt like a slow, steady step forward in my learning.
May we recognise and accept ourselves wholeheartedly, our weaknesses and strengths and potential to change and grow today!
