Goodnight friends! Sky cleared out again, temperature in the mid-20s and the sun like a dazzling pillar. Flower stems studded with scores of green aphids. Fluted, geometric branching pillars of meadow horsetails, shaggy yellow hawkbits, the first pink, tight-packed florets of clover. Days are long enough now that the horizon still had a faint pink blush when I left judo.

Felt fairly well rested and managed okay at judo, despite a very sweaty evening with a single nobly struggling fan doing its best impression of an air conditioning system, took a few effective pacing breaks that helped me maximise what I could do.

May we find renewed confidence in our capacity to learn and grow today!
