Goodnight friends! Another day for wide open windows and digging toes into moss. I think it must have been the first day of the year to climb above 20°c, half dazed at how good it feels to be inside, or outside, letting the timid sweetness of warm air full of bee buzz and wildflower scent wash over me. A new crop of yellow celandines scattered everywhere, glittering among their dark leaves like specks of mirror held up to the magnificent glare of the sun.
Feeling hearty twinges in my muscles from yesterday, and feeling very grateful for the gift of certainty I gave myself that this is a rest day – permission both to work as hard as I can then, and as little as possible now while I mend.
May we be surrounded by and contribute to kindness and abundance today!
