Goodnight friends! More grey in the particoloured sky today, and just above 10°c. Blustery air is fresh and not tasting of mouldering leaves or mineral wet earth, faint threads of ghostly sweetness from the plum blossoms. Blue drifts of squill spread out like ink stains around the lindens. An ailing limb cut from a birch has left a neat flat pink wound that gives off a constant slow watery drip as the sap rises in the trees.

Slept much better and felt relatively fresh, pacing myself feeling a bit more natural and easy rather than a fine, precarious line away from deep exhaustion. Felt confident enough not to skip judo, kept to a fairly calm, steady pace.

May we make space for quiet listening and learning in our lives today!
