Goodnight friends! Weariness hanging heavier, as drowsily looming grey skies persisted all day and the temperature dipped down to 12°c, edged by a scraping breeze. Bees remain on duty despite the abrupt change in the weather, thrumming among dogwoods and guelder-rose and the creeping green-striped flowers of trailing white bryony.
Exhaustion laying heavy on my chest, feeling like it’s hard to take a full breath. Every activity leaving me winded and sore within a few minutes. Unsure if there’s a particular significant reason to be having a fairly nasty day health-wise, trying not to sink into overanalysis and just accept this is the body I have to accept and embrace today.
May we be able to grant ourselves the time, space and freedom we need to grow and develop naturally, and not hold ourselves and our growth to arbitrary external schedules today!
