Goodnight friends! Stuffy but bright, canal glutted from recent rain and the odour of decay somewhat diffused. Great broad white bindweed trumpets in mute fanfares, swelling green eild cherries picking up their first orange blush. Evening brought darker and higher-puled clouds, until around the last smothered embers of dusk a bass thump and tumble of thunder heralded a persistent cymbal-hiss of light rain.
Muscles feel stringy and overstrained, packing and exercise not playing nicely together. Moving around is hesitant and creaky, but mainly just a good enticement to rest and recover properly in general.
May we grow in resilience and the ability to face and accept those necessary discomforts that lead to growth and deep understanding today!
