Goodnight friends! Wet and hazy, the sky a softly streaked melange of bleeding greys. Many ambiguous passages of rain coalescing and dissolving away into the heavy air, that simmered away gently at around 18°c most of the day and felt utterly sodden. Hydrangeas amd hawksbeards alike are shallow prismatic goblets of softly sparkling water.
I’m still generally going pretty slow, continued damp and thick humidity made me dread exercising on top of that. I ramped up slowly, took a gentle walk and pre-stretched, gradually my body warmed up and I began to feel better overall. Overall I think I managed a pretty good, if extremely sweaty judo class.
May we find confidence in our ability to try and learn and recover from failure today!
