Goodnight friends! Just about as hot as yesterday, but growing more humid with more cloud cover, though most of it a hazy stippling or wide translucent banners slowly rippling and dissolving. Patches of white hawksbeard puffball seedheads on tall thin stalks in silent convocation, motionless in the heavy air.
Judo again, and the same curious muddle of feeling physically and cognitively frayed, while also feeling like I was able to make some good little bits of progress. Not the most fun weather to exercise in, every part of me damp with sweat.
