Goodnight friends! Still scouringly cold and ferociously, starkly bright, just creeping above 0°c and tumbing to -5 once the sun set. The buzz on my skin was so intense I couldn’t tell if I was feeling the chill or a phantom blush of warmth from the sunlight. Immensely long slender blue shadows striped the glistening white, slender branches doubly outlined by a powdery topping of snow and a fine glittering tracery of golden light.
Resting up a little still, but feeling fairly well refreshed thanks to taking things slow and easy yesterday. Thinking and mood both still a little dulled. The TTRPG group reconvened from our various year-end travels, and were immediately derailed for half a session by a word puzzle.
May we find our sense of wonder for the sensations of our everyday lives renewed today!
