Goodnight friends! A milky, dim morning but clearer, brighter and colder afternoon, morning’s slow condensation frosting over on car roofs and windscreens as the wind picked up and evening fell. Scaled, pale green onion dome buds on garden rhododendrons and more blueish green leaves erupting among leaf litter, maybe narcissus preparing to emerge.
Felt fairly energetic early in the day but seemed to sag gradually hour by hour, though I still managed to rally enough to make it to judo. I felt a bit weak and dizzy though, making mistakes, and came closer that I’d like to hurting myself by rolling clumsily. Overall still feel glad to be going, and to be able to go even outside of my best days.
