Goodnight friends! Bright out again, blue and green and dazzling, flecks and sparks of white and purple and gold, silk and satin shine of fresh new leaves and smooth petals all around. Round melodious sounds of blackbirds and blue tits, half-hidden in the branches. Not quite so warm as the weekend, just about 10°c at the highest, and a few moments of spattering sunlit drizzle.

Saving my energy and taking things cautiously, a lot of ups and downs with the changeable weather heading into spring. Gave a decent effort at judo, body feeling a little more limber and connected now I’ve been able to keep up a slightly more consistent brief daily mobility practise.

May we find space and time to accept and reflect on our emotions today without judgement, allowing them to be real without dominating our reality!
