Goodnight friends! Shifting clouds, darkening and clearing, some brief patchy rain. Much colder, dropping back down to 2°c or so, with long steamy plumes of breath and damp air coalescing into a dusting of sparkly frost on car windows and roofs after dark.
Feeling slow and tired and stiff, cold sapping my energy. A little twanging pain and reactive, guarding stiffness in my neck still. Judo class was quiet, I think with a good mix of learning, taking things slow and a little bit of active rolling.
May we make extra space to take stock and check in thoughtfully with those we care about today!
