Good afternoon friends! Relief in my body and heart from a sight of blue and gold again at last, the roughness of cold, but dry, air. The swampy little rivulets that sidle their way through the woodland have a dazzling mirror sheen, slivers of darkness flashing across as robins dart from twig to twig among brown leaves. Beds of dry ferns all the colours of flame in the sunlight.
Having a soothing rest day, muscles trembling but not too sore.
May we find honest and healing expression of our joy and grief today!
