Goodnight friends! A similarly muggy day, a little cooler at around 18°c. Afternoon and evening dried up after some buffeting, sky-scraping wind.
Still not where I hope I’d be energy- and stamina-wise, and judo was pretty hard going in the heat. I think I managed okay, but the exhaustion is settling on me now like a sack full of wet sand.
