Goodnight friends! A bit more packing that had to be done today, and a little unavoidable moving of heavy furniture, so I didn’t quite get my wish of a restful day. Along with damp weather, it added up to another boom and bust type of day, periods of effortful disasociated breathing. I’ll have to be more strict in keeping my activity periods to a minimum.
A sparkling morning, but swiftly.smothered in pale layers of grimy cloud that gradually started up a sonorous, drumming shower that lasted through much of afternoon and evening.
May we allow ourselves to listen with care and non-judgment to the signals of our minds and bodies today!
