Goodnight friends! Warm again and gusty, a laughing sweetness in branches laden with white hawthorn blossom beginning to pink as it fades. Ducklings already seem half the size of their parents, snapping at the omnipresent whorls of little half-weightless insects. A damselfly hovered over the canal in drifting, jerky fits and starts like the electric blue minute hand of an unwinding clock.
Finalising my packing and preparing, getting everything in the best order I can while trying to preserve the basic flow of my daily routines, aiming to maintain a sense of normality and diffuse inchoate worries.
May we allow and accept our imperfections and struggles with grace and continuing belief in our ability to grow today!
