Goodnight friends! Soft, pale cloud cover with only flashing glimpses of the overpowering brightness from the past few days. Around 16°c, pleasant and mild but almost a shock of chill when it’s a close to a 10° drop from a few days ago. Angular puzzle-piece leaves of ragworts, domed corymbs of creamy-white flowers among the chartreuse foliage of ninebark bushes. Tiny white buds on the tips of fuzzy catchweed bedstraw stems.
Post-exertional malaise in full force now, mostly a poisonous, leaden bodily feeling that smears the sensory boundary between exhaustion and pain. Taking everything slowly and carefully. Fortunately my mind at least cleared a little over the day, so I could keep some amount of focus on videos and audiobooks.
May we find tranquility and patience today!
