Goodnight friends! Humidity and cloud cover ebbing and flowing, a whispery breeze moving wide, undulating banners of white cloud across the sky and casting long slow ripples of shadow over the grass. A few meadow buttercups and harebells persisting, but more colour is coming from the red gleam of fruit now, sun-warm blackberries shining like chips of obsidian.

I’m still resting up mostly, waiting out some muscular aches and pangs with very gentle activity. Feeling a little detached and disquieted, losing myself easily in small, immediate challenges that absorb my attention but finding it harder to muster sustained efforts of good habit and practice.

May we find ways to help build and nurture inclusive communities today!
