Goodnight friends! No rain and fairly warm, not aggressively humid but still with an ashen-grey pall flattening the brilliant colours of summer and fretful, damp wind tugging plaintively at sleeves and branches.
Early start today, which hasn’t lead to early tiredness as I hoped, instead slight, at first barely noticable aches and pains ramped up bit by bit over the day, and a mildly suffocating exhaustion left me feeling a little frustrated with myself as evening wore on.
