Goodnight friends! Grey, very close and humid. Fine brief sprays of weightless rain. Silvery bowers of spiders began to appear during the full blaze monday’s heat, where they seemed like pale emanations of steam. Now they’re half-collapsed chandeliers, studded with diamond beads. Bushes and pathways polkadotted with thirsty snails, finely barred or striped with cream and chocolate brown whorls. Military buzz of wasps around common figworts snarled up in coils of bindweed.

Mild aches and a sedated feeling of unwilling weariness from the damp. Plodded gently onward, grateful for how much the combination of slowness and gradually gained endurance lets me see in the world.

May we find moments of sheer unexpected delight in the wonders of the world around us today!
