Goodnight friends! Weather following a similar pattern across the day, mornings heavy, grey and stultifyingly humid before a breeze and blaze of afternoon sun temporarily cleared the air. Drying meadows are full of warm, fruity scents and a ceaseless bumbling insect hum, yellow rattle seedpods swelling, some already faintly letting out their namesake precussive hiss when shaken.
Run down and achey, hard to tell at first if I was just feeling some expected pangs from bad sleep and overcast skies. But after making a start on some exercise I had to give up pretty quickly, dazed by the quickly mounting pain and a horrible sense of weight bearing down on my limbs. Felt pretty glum and withdrawn the rest of the day, listless and uncomfortable in my body.
May we find patience and compassionate self-acceptance today!
