Good evening friends! Pale, polished icy brightness again, and a higher, more toothy wind sapped the timid head from the white gold blaze of the sun. Most of the snow has fallen away already but the ground is still dense and rubbery hard, or treacherously slidy. More little yellow leaves on wild roses, and tendrilled sweet-smelling winter honeysuckle wriggling over garden fences.

More together and active, some writing and drawing that felt like they meant something in my practice. Starting to feel back on the level generally, but still exhausted very fast by the cold.

May we allow ourselves and each other grace, patience and compassion through the inconsistencies and fallowness of living authentically today!
