Goodnight friends! Another luminous brittle sapphire sky, dizzyingly cloudless, swelling gibbous moon a gem in the bare golden diadem of oaks and hawthorns surrounding the meadows. Pale moondust scatterings of frost on the leaves, growing into wild and shaggy fringes in deeper shade. Bold little coal tits, buff breasted and peeping jauntily, tumble from tree to tree.
In good spirits, but the penetrating sharpness of the cold saps my stamina quickly. Had to cut my exercise short again, muscles seizing and a trembling, bloodless feeling washing over me without warning. Glad to still be getting something done in the depths of winter, at least.
May we find new understanding, lessons and insights in old experiences today!
