Goodnight friends! Dry sharp weather, temperature nearly hitting 10°c but a brittle, buffeting windchill made it feel far colder and setting iron-headed clouds to scythe across the sky. After sunset the sky was still clear enough to see a planet-filled night, venus attending the moon, saturn and jupiter hanging steady and bright overhead.
More caution and recovery. Very easily tired, and ocassional sparking shivery aches, but nothing very severe, just worn down a little.
May we recognise our limits and those of others with care and compassion today!
