Good afternoon friends! Strange to be saying ‘afternoon’ while quarter to five is thick ink black. Weary already, but rarely finding that kind of fatigue that’s accompanied by drowsiness. Hoping to shuffle activities earlier in the day to make evening less occupied and sleep easier.
Skies stunning, expansive clear blue spanning horizon to horizon in one great wash of hue, the bare tree-tops filigreed with pin-sharp chilly gold. Studding branches are the tight packed promise of spring, velvety black hooves of ash buds, light-rolled yellow candleflame dogwood buds.
May we grow in expansive and open-hearted curiosity today, cherishing new sources of truth and inspiration!
