Goodnight friends! A grey sky for most of the day in chaotic motion. Clattering drumrolls of rain early on that temporarily cleared for a few hours of brittle, cold bright afternoon sun before timid, tepid drizzle set in through the lengthening gloaming. Pale fog of breath floated in staticky, saturated air. Canopies spread and thicken, gathering droplets into heavy, dimly gleaming beads.
Today I was mostly focussed on trying to work my way back up to my full exercise and stretching program, having felt too ennervated for a while to get through it all. Wet, cold weather made it a little slower and more involved than I’d hoped, and I didn’t have stamina left over for much else, but nonetheless It felt like something of a reset from my relapsed condition.
