Goodnight friends! The spellbinding few days of expansive prismtic blue seem to be over now, sky largely flat and watery grey.
Felt better today, joint pains aside, but tried to keep activity very much do a minimum in hopes of speeding my recovery. More lucid thinking too, in short bursts at least.
May we allow ourselvs to gently release unhealthy attachments and ruminations today!
