Goodnight friends! Wind died down from a bustling bluster high in the trees to a cold and soggy breeze. Sky rapidly clouded over again to a damp, papery flat pale grey, daylight as dim amd secondhand-feeling as through pavement lights. Some scattered cold showers that came down sparse but deceptively hard.
Went out to a friend’s birthday celebration. Hanging out chatting for a few hours at a pub didn’t seem to be too draining at first, but after a little while I felt the leaden sensation of energy draining out of me as if a plug had been pulled. Once I got home I spent most of the afternoon and evening huddled under a blanket, resting up.
May we share warmth, support amd fellowship in our lives today!
