Goodnight friends! Breath-steamingly cold again, but far heavier and more sodden. The sky a grey wet colourless mat, fine weightless indecisive rain alternately diffusing out into a dim mist or coalescing into drizzle. Scattered firey leaves of sweet chestnuts and oaks blazed all the brighter for being orphan sparks of colour in a muffled world.
A slow walk in the park was a wonderful change, but might have been a bit too much too soon, as I drooped back into bed for the afternoon and hovered vaguely in and out of awareness for a little bit. My pain ramped up a little as the day got wetter, too, which didn’t help a faded, bleary feeling. A light and careful touch wanted tomorrow I think.
May we allow ourselves to relax and play without need for a particular or productive putcome today!
