Goodnight friends! Fitfully grey and storming. Brief gutteral bands of lashing rain followed by stark blue skies swiftly swallowed in turn. Clear and overcast equally edged with bitterness, tumbling down into the mid single digits the past few days.
Strangely well rested after a strange pulsing endless night of gasping and waking dreams. I shivered and sweated, my fever deepened and broke, and by morning I just felt some extra dragging weight of fatigue, tender lymph nodes and a sore throat. Taking things slow, but hopefully I’m already through the worst of it. A very efficient illness, if so.
